Stoco's Order management fulfills and tracks orders of sales, including the cycle of processes, people, and suppliers to create a positive customer experience. Our work starts when a customer places an order to keep track of the order until it is fulfilled. It also involves keeping the customer records – which includes their payment method, purchase history, and volume of order. Stoco's Sales departments provide notification to the warehouse to fulfill the order, and then the order is shipped to the customer. This seems straight forward because it involves different people and departments, where a purchase order is moved into sales and then delivered.
